Memberships & Purchases
Membership in The Burrow is a subscription billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. You can switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel, at any time from Manage Membership in your Members Area; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t offer refunds for partial periods. If we ever change the price, we’ll email you before it applies (founding members keep the price they joined at). Members-only episodes, your private podcast feed, the members forum and live-stream links are for your personal use — please don’t share them. Memberships that began on Patreon are governed by Patreon’s terms.
Shop purchases are processed by Stripe, and our merchandise is made to order and shipped by Printful. Because each item is printed for you, please contact us about any problem with your order — misprints and damaged items are replaced. These transactions are also governed by the applicable provider’s terms.
Third-Party Links
Our site links to third-party sites and services (podcast platforms, Patreon, social media, affiliate retailers). We’re not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk.
